Terms & Conditions

Obsidian Tattoo Studio

By making a booking with Obsidian Tattoo Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure all tattoo bookings. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The deposit forms part of the total cost of your tattoo and will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, booking, or appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

A new deposit may be required to secure any future booking.

4. Rescheduling

Where sufficient notice is provided, Obsidian Tattoo Studio may allow an appointment to be rescheduled. This is subject to availability and is at the discretion of the studio.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a new deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving significantly late may reduce the amount of time available for your tattoo or, where the appointment can no longer reasonably proceed, may be treated as a cancellation.

Where an appointment cannot proceed due to a late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.

6. Final Payment

The remaining balance is payable upon completion of your tattoo unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Payment methods accepted by the studio will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Tattoo Design & Artwork

Where applicable, design work may begin once the required deposit has been received.

Designs are created specifically for the client and may be subject to the studio’s design and redraw policy agreed upon at the time of booking.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their booking and for informing the artist of any relevant circumstances that may affect their tattoo appointment.

The artist reserves the right to refuse or postpone a tattoo where proceeding may be considered unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Agreement

By paying a deposit or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Obsidian Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to your booking will be those in effect at the time your booking is made.
